Suddenly it’s Winter
A quick transition into winter this year, with mild temperatures and lots of snow!

Springtime has finally arrived on the farm, and the lambs are at their bounciest.
To the barn
The day always ends with a stroll out to the barn, particularly beautiful after the early evening thunderstorms have rolled through.

The fall-seeded wheat is coming out of its winter dormancy, as are the animals .

Mid-December?
Barely a week from winter solstice, and the animals are relishing the re-emergent grass. Hazel thinks that climate change is perhaps not such a bad thing, but she lives solely in the moment.
