Fermentation enhances the wonderful flavours that garlic brings to the table, while the wood-fire oven dries the garlic bits with a light smoky finish.
The Flavour is pleasantly mild, and mildly addictive. Great for protein rubs, topping salt, or to replace all the savoury salt needs in your kitchen!
