Farmers’ Market Season begins…! Fridays Farmstand 2-6, Saturdays Smithers 9-1, Sundays Hazelton 10-2
Spring Garden
And the garden grows, as Spring moves headlong into Summer.

The month of lambs, seedlings, fence posts, and snow showers.
Late Summer
The garden and all us critters finally had a welcome drench of rain, after an extremely dry summer. Most crops did well despite the drought, with the exception of the celery and corn.

April Showers
Passing April showers are greening things up and getting the garden growing, and leaving behind some beautiful evening light.
Spring rain
After a week of threatening rain, we finally had a good soak. Great for the garden, which is now all planted out.
All is light
The light is particularly striking at this time of year, as the sun spends a lot of time low to the horizon and the world returns to colour.
