Incredible evening light as the clouds rolled in, before a very welcome night of rain for the seedlings and the garden.

The lambs are arriving in droves. Photos by Jolene Swain.
Snow, snow, snow
Finally, all the autumn work on the ski trails pays off. Gorgeous ski around the farm today then back through the forest to the lookout over the Skeena.
Year’s end 2014
As we slowly ease into winter and another calendar year, it’s good to take stock and give plentiful thanks to the friends, family and wwoofers (now friends) who lent a hand along the way. Peace and happiness for 2015.
Mid-December?
Barely a week from winter solstice, and the animals are relishing the re-emergent grass. Hazel thinks that climate change is perhaps not such a bad thing, but she lives solely in the moment.
Snowline
As the snowline continues its inevitable descent down the mountains, the animals are still enjoying some green grass.
Fall Colours
A little reprise of the fleeting colours of fall.

Rainbow
A beautiful rainbow to wrap up the last days of Summer. Happy Autumn, and the incredible colours it brings.
