Finally, all the autumn work on the ski trails pays off.  Gorgeous ski around the farm today then back through the forest to the lookout over the Skeena.

Year’s end 2014

  As we slowly ease into winter and another calendar year, it’s good to take stock and give plentiful thanks to the friends, family and wwoofers (now friends) who lent a hand along the way.  Peace and happiness for 2015.

Mid-December?

Barely a week from winter solstice, and the animals are relishing the re-emergent grass.  Hazel thinks that climate change is perhaps not such a bad thing, but she lives solely in the moment.
